The primary aim of the Friends of Bradbury House, is to ensure that funding is available for undertaking services, activities, refurbishment and additions to Bradbury House that are not otherwise funded by the national or local government.

The Friends of Bradbury House have a number of short- and long-term goals, which we are currently striving to achieve. These include:
- Financing for internal activities, e.g. 'skills' and exercise classes
- Financing for external activities, e.g. sight-seeing, trips out
- Purchasing of plants, shrubs and seeds, for the gardens and allotment.
- Purchase of Netflix and Disney channels in all bedrooms
- Purchasing and installation of shelter in the allotment area with seating arrangements,.
- Resurfacing pool table in games room
- Financing and construction of suitable trampoline.

Amongst others, funds from 'The Friends of Bradbury House' have a been utilized on the following listed projects this year :
- Purchase and installation of Sensory Board.
- Purchase and installation of 7-off 32inch TV's.
- Purchase and installation of 2-off 40inch TV's.
- Purchase of DVD player.
- Purchase of TV protection screens.
- Resurfacing of Pool Table
Additionally, funds have been utilized for financing internal and external activities, e.g. sight-seeing trips out.
